Having pushed aside all the boring shite required by their degree studies, Alaric and Max decided to devote a good many sleepless evenings to making a portfolio that was a little different. Al in particular was finding himself more and more turned on by 1970′s cookery books, with their unsaturated photos of drastically unhealthy food, and so he put cursor to Photoshop and started designing.
Max joined in the nerd campaign by writing a couple of thousand lines of code. Much like the books that this design was based on, time eventually took its toll and it went the way of Fanny Craddock. Consigned to the past like the “Creamed Ground Beef Flan with Prunes and Artichokes” on page 14 of any shelf-worthy 1970′s cookery book (available in all good Oxfams).
