A series of short documentaries broadcast on BBC Radio Kent where Richard and Dan meet fascinating locals.
From an artist who deploys statues under the ocean, to a Jester who visits war zones, the amazing people Richard and Dan find on their doorstep paint a suitably eccentric picture of Kent.
This series was commissioned by Dominic King after he heard our ‘Konkers’ radio show.
The commission led to us producing a BBC Radio Kent Hallowe’en special, with ghost hunter John Hippisley leading a night time tour of haunted Faversham, and a Christmas special dramatising Canterbury’s cancellation of Christmas in 1647.
Bonus Features:
Ep 3 bonus – Click the image below to leaf through the book we left in Coffee and Corks
Ep 4 bonus – Tony Cooper tells the story of Nasrudin and the Hangman’s Dilemma, with animated illustrations by Richard Dadd
