Geoff Island at Christmas

Merry Christmas, Geoff
A small dose of festive tragicomedy for those who like a teardrop with their mince pies.

This poignant short sees the return of lonesome student Geoff who had previously featured in ‘Geoff Island – Konkerbury Student’ and the ‘Konkers’ radio series before that.

As a silent film, ‘Geoff Island at Christmas’ marks the curious transformation of Geoff from an entirely audio character to an entirely visual one.

This film was described by one viewer as “the best bit of Christmas emotion since The Snowman went to Puddletown.”
